1. Who is responsible for your data

JD SOLUTIONS COMPANY LIMITED (“JD Solutions”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers this website and the applications and services we publish under our own name.

Where we build software for a client, that client is the controller of the data their product processes and their own privacy policy applies. Each application we publish also carries privacy details on its store listing; where those details are more specific than this policy, they govern that application.

3. Information we collect

This website has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking cookies. We collect the following, and nothing else:

• Technical request data recorded by our hosting provider — IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and timestamp — kept to keep the site available and to investigate abuse.
• Anything you choose to send us by email or tell us by telephone, including your name, contact details and the content of your message.
• Inside an application we publish: only the data named in that application's store privacy details, for the purposes stated there.

4. Why we use it

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not use your enquiry to send you marketing you did not ask for.

• To answer your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to negotiate and perform a contract.
• To operate, secure and troubleshoot this website and our applications.
• To keep the accounting, tax and corporate records Vietnamese law requires us to keep.

5. Legal grounds

We rely on your consent when you contact us or install an application that asks for it; on the performance of a contract when we are working with you; on our legitimate interest in operating and securing our own systems; and on legal obligation where a statute requires us to retain or disclose information.

We process personal data in accordance with Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection and the Law on Cyber Information Security of Vietnam. Where the GDPR applies to a specific processing activity, we apply it to that activity.

6. Who else sees it

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our instructions, and only as far as their function requires:

• Website and application hosting, and content delivery.
• Email and telephony providers that carry your message to us.
• Error reporting and monitoring services used to diagnose faults.
• Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers — bound by confidentiality.
• Government authorities, where a valid legal request compels disclosure.

7. Transfers outside Vietnam

Some of the providers above operate infrastructure outside Vietnam. Where personal data leaves the country we keep the transfer to what the service requires, impose contractual confidentiality and security terms on the provider, and complete the transfer impact assessment and notification steps required by Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP.

8. How long we keep it

• Enquiry correspondence that does not become a project: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client and contract records: for the duration of the engagement and the retention period required by Vietnamese accounting and tax law.
• Server request logs: a short rolling window set by our hosting provider, ordinarily not more than 30 days.
• Application data: as stated in that application's store privacy details, or until you ask us to erase it.

9. Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Vietnamese authority.

Write to contact@jdsolutions.vn with enough detail to identify the data. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, so that we do not disclose one person's data to another. We answer within 30 days.

10. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from a child under 16 through it. If an application we publish is directed at children, its store listing says so and it operates under the additional protections that status requires.

If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to contact@jdsolutions.vn and we will delete it.

11. Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to systems holding personal data is restricted to the people who need it, authenticated with multi-factor authentication, and reviewed when someone's role changes. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the competent authority within the statutory time limit.

12. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update the effective date at the top of the page. For a change that materially affects how we handle data we already hold, we take reasonable steps to tell affected people directly.
